How has AAT training helped the NHS Finance community? We spoke to Ali MacPhail, Learning and Development Advisor for NHS Education for Scotland, to find out more.
AAT: Can you tell us about your AAT training scheme?
Ali: We offer a flexible training option, supporting employees to go through the AAT qualification as required by organisational need across NHS Scotland’s 23 health organisations. We know there is a large part of our finance population that would benefit from professional development at a practical level both for their own personal development and for delivering the ever challenging agenda NHS Scotland faces.
